That's brilliantly written and shows what a shower the police are in Cardiff and Newport by turning a blind eye. The Newport disabled woman was on medication which was at the police station but she was not told. She had no phone when she was turfed out on her mobility scooter at 3am. If she had been approached she would not have been able to defend herself or call for help. This is despicable behaviour from S.Wales police. As for the imbecilic graffiti, the purpetrators are spreading lies and ill ease. I hope they are stopped soon.
Cardiff was a beautiful city I felt so proud of. True in recent years there has been some decline. But I can’t accept it has fallen like this. Who are these crude trouble makers making women’s and ordinary peoples lives so miserable? They don’t belong in Cardiff and should be ashamed
